These do stick well! Before removing the backing, make sure to determine the best location. I put one too far down, and used the recommended trick of heating with a hair dryer, to loosen it and then move into the correct location. Iāve got narrow heels, and am currently testing my first heel grips , to see how they might help in other shoes.
