Received quickly …. The box in poor condition still a chance the device works and not break… make bcp noise… Also not cooled well ….

It has 5 settings.. It’s loud even in the first setting. Personally I can not use it in settings higher than the first.
After using it for an hour my neck was cold but very stiff.. I will not be using it a lot.
