Price is cheap so the product feels cheap too. But considering the price it is a good value. Fan blows air below the ears. This product does not flex at all, if you have a wide neck it will likely not fit. LED lights look neat. Metal neck plate seems pointless. Fan speed modes are nice. Pictures did not 100% accurately represent the product but overall
