Came very quickly, before the announced one. The fan itself, though small, but it is powerful. Has three speeds. At 1 speed he worked for an hour. And I turned it off, that was enough.
It charged for 45 minutes with a one-amp charge, as soon as the LED changed its color from red to purple-it charged.
