The parcel arrived quite quickly, before the date indicated. It took 18 days to Ukraine. Item fully as described, not used yet. All the appliances are light enough, although the spoon looks more like a dessert spoon than a dining room. In general I am satisfied with the product, I recommend the seller.

Very small shipping envelope, the case was folded in half by the sender to have it installed in the envelope:
The case arrived completely deformed, difficult to refinish, and the closure difficult to maneuver due to the deformation.
