Ordered it on May 31st and it arrived on June 15th, it was expected to arrived on (max) June 23rd, so it arrived about a week earlier, which is nice. The wrapping looked and felt very secure. It came in a “bubble” wrap and the lunchbox held very tightly to it so there wasn’t any damage in the product. It’s not as spacious as i thought it would be, but it’s enough for what i eat at school. The grip of the lid is very secure and tight, so the food doesn’t leak (although i still put it inside a plastic bag just in case). The product looks nice and it’s practical so for that it’s a 10. Now abt costomer service, when i ordered it i accidentally clicked on “get my receipt” and couldn’t track my order, but the seller provided the info to me in the dms, thankfully. But the price (with shipping) was less than what i paid for on my order info, but the store said it was they wouldn’t do anything abt it.
