Thank you, the delivery is fast. XL size turned out to be large for 175 cm height, although it was on the table, since the hands are maybe a little large, but I thought L would be excellent.

I got the ice silk upgrade one, and it really does have a cooling effect when you put it on. The sleeve itself is quite good quality. Very happy overall!

Maybe order one size larger than what you think you need. I ordered mediums (170cm tall, so I usually need medium stuff), but they are a bit tight at the top, and I’m not even that strong 🙂
