Glasses arrived ups with 2 weeks delivery. They lay at customs for 3 days, the Customs opened the box, and even so inaccurately, cut everything that was possible, as if they played there, since the contents are whole and all the stickers are in place. This is our first VR glasses, there is nothing to compare with, the home is all satisfied. Chinese version, calmly Reflash to The Globe according to the instructions from 4pda. Games a lot. The seller answered all the questions, respect to him, this is how I got him with questions about delivery, since in our country the limit on postal items is 100 $, and for couriers-1000 $, customs passed calmly, apparently UPS courier delivery is considered.

The package arrived with signs of wear. A few protective stickers were missing from the headset. The headset is defective and seemed as though it was once returned by someone. When I tried it on, the virtual environments, videos, and games remained blurry. Nowhere near 4k. The resolution looks like 480p on everything but the menus, which are slightly better. I’ve tried every solution online (IPD Adjustment, head strap adjustment) but nothing works. The lenses are the problem. The headset is basically unusable as it is. To be fair, Pico has had problems with QA so I’m not surprised. I’ll need a replacement unit soon.

I got the Pico 4 Pro and it was brand new!
Had every sticker and protection as well as the box with its original wrappers.
It took a while to get here but it was a few days after 11.11 so it’s understandable.
Anyways thank you for everything and I’m happy with my purchase.
Btw, PRO TIP: Buy a Power Bank as well ’cause it lasts around 1h44m
