I’ve got 8 of these panels and compared to other flexible panels I own I like these the best, good in low light situations on an overcast day and performs well in full sun, they really should make them white plastic, they get hotter because they’re all black plastic back. they’re semi flexible and just right for bringing camping to charge a solar generator. I have them as part of my off grid setup and so far I’m pleased I bought 4, used them for a few months and bought another 4 because I have a lot of trees and only get about 4-5 hours full sun. when the amps drop down because they get hot, I squirt a hose on the pa els to cool them down, they really should make the plastic white, they wouldn’t get as hot. the coating on top is new to me. I bought dokio flexible panels and they were flimsy and got micro cracks and shorted out melting small sections of the panel, these Jingyang panels are an excellent choice, don’t waste your money on the cheap flimsy dokio panels.

Etfe 110Wp panels with Tenax/ Loxx buttons attached on boat. Works OK, they lie flat so not optimal. But fat 7.5A out. Be satisfied with it, wait and see how long the panels will continue to do it.

Good finish and good apparent sealing. The 6 panels in series we provide peak Watts according to the history of my regulator which always records a little less than reality when I observe live. The panels were not oriented at best and this happened during exceptional situations of conjugations between Sun and clouds in Brittany in June. This June 25 in Brittany the regular production of 5 panels in series was at 2.15 p. M. Or noon in the sun with optimal orientation of the panels and Blue Sky without clouds of “Watts”. That’s 74 Watts per panel down the regulator knowing that it has taken its part. For Watts advertised in irradiance of 1000 Watts per square meter that seems correct to me. I am therefore very happy and the design seems to me to be sustainable at least for the 8 to 10 years announced.

I’m very happy with the product, it was well packaged and it arrived very quickly.
I ordered on Jun 26, and it reached me in rural Greymouth, New Zealand on July 17, about a month earlier than promised. Late in the afternoon I tested the panels with a multimeter and measured open-circuit voltage at around 24V, and open-circuit current at around 3.9A.
No doubt this theoretical power measurement of around 90W is more than I’ll get from them when they are connected into a system, but I was impressed, considering that Greymouth is at 42 degrees South, and that it’s the middle of winter here.

Good the regulator does not inspire confidence at all but I had taken this because it had the cables and double tips.
I live year round and the 4 panels plus the 2 on the roof will be impeccable for the winter without this worry about my energy consumption.
