it works, noise level rises with each speed, but its tolerable. a little bit more noise on the highest level. isnt very flexible and there’s not really any air on the back of the neck unless it’s on the highest setting. haven’t tested how long it will run yet. came with charging cord and nicely packed in the box. and box was bubbled wrapped which was very good. I will definitely be using this product due to the weather is already very hot. took a little bit to ship. didn’t communicate with seller.
