I ordered 17″, the same size as my works NorthFace 35L. It is convenient that the large section (in the middle) is separate from the section for laptop/documents and from the front one with small things. The back looks high-quality, the main arm is reinforced. The material is a little thin and doesn’t look as bulletproof, but time will show how good it is in terms of quality. What is didn’t like: a) there are no belt straps; b) there is no chest carabiner between the straps anti slip off the shoulders; c) there are no lower straps to tighten the empty volume.
